David is a second-year student at Yale Law School. He is interested in researching technology policy issues such as artificial intelligence, digital privacy, and content moderation, and constitutional law and administrative law. David received a Masters degree in the Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford, where he was awarded a Shirley Scholar, and an undergraduate degree in Government from Dartmouth College. Between his time at Dartmouth and Oxford, he was a Junior Fellow with the Democracy, Conflict and Governance program of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and launched JOFI, a website to help low-income individuals find work.
