David Wong

David is a student at Yale Law School. He is interested in researching technology policy issues such as artificial intelligence, digital privacy, and content moderation, and constitutional law and administrative law. David received a Masters degree in the Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford, where he was awarded a Shirley Scholar, and an undergraduate degree in Government from Dartmouth College. Between his time at Dartmouth and Oxford, he was a Junior Fellow with the Democracy, Conflict and Governance program of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and launched JOFI, a website to help low-income individuals find work.
