Joyce Guo

Joyce Guo is Research Fellow at Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER), Taiwan. She focuses on semiconductor supply chain resilience and ASEAN policy. Prior to CIER, Joyce spent three years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Australia & Canada, offering strategic advice to clients across various industries, incl. the public sector, energy, and financial services. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Finance with Honors from University of Melbourne and a Master of Public Policy from Yale, where she was Kerry Fellow.
