Costanza Sciubba Caniglia leads the information integrity strategy at the Wikimedia Foundation. Her work spans AI governance, information integrity, platform governance, and multilateral policy responses. She is affiliated with the Shorenstein Center at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she is a Special Editor of the HKS Misinformation Review. Costanza also serves on the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Information Integrity, teaches on information ecosystems and digital power at LUISS University in Rome, and is Founder and Director of the Institute of Digital Geopolitics. She was on the Advisory Network of the Freedom Online Coalition. Previously, she served Italy during its UN Security Council term, and advised the UN and OSCE/ODIHR on media, information, and electoral issues. She holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and an MA in Philosophy from La Sapienza University of Rome. In 2021, D di Repubblica named her one of its 50 Women of the Year.
