Marta Ziosi

Marta Ziosi is the AI Best Practices Lead and a postdoctoral researcher at the Oxford Martin AI Governance Initiative, where her research focuses on technical standards and risk management for advanced AI. She served as a vice-chair for the EU GPAI Code of Practice and previously worked in AI policy for institutions such as The Future Society, the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and DG CNECT at the European Commission. Marta has a background in public policy, philosophy and mathematics, and she holds a PhD in algorithmic bias from the Oxford Internet Institute.
