Tasheen Dibbles began her journey at Yale University in 2021 as a temporary employee, eager to contribute and grow. Over the next few years, she served in multiple temporary roles across the university, adapting quickly to new teams, systems, and challenges. Her dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic soon earned her a permanent position in Yale’s Research Department — a place where she truly felt at home.
Even when her position was later affected by government budget cuts, Tasheen’s resilience and optimism never wavered. Each chapter of her career has strengthened her skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving, while deepening her passion for helping others succeed.
