Victoria Tan

Victoria Tan is a sophomore at Yale University double-majoring in Ethics, Politics, and Economics, as well as English. Her academic work spans quantitative analysis and analytical writing, and she is particularly interested in how institutions make decisions under uncertainty. She currently serves on the Yale Provost’s Undergraduate Student Advisory Committee, advising the Provost on academic and budgetary priorities. She is also a member of the Yale College Committee on Honors and Academic Standing and the Yale College Committee on Majors, where she works with faculty and administrators on academic policy, degree requirements, and proposals for new majors. On campus, she has been involved in collaborative research initiatives and student organizations centered on research, leadership, and institutional engagement.
